The Conseil de l'Ordre National des Infirmiers de Madagascar, which brings together the country's nurses, was created in 2007. The Council's mission is to promote ethics and deontology, as well as the professionalization of nurses.
Since 2023, following the national election that put Mr. Andrianarison Jean Aimé Botosera at the head of this institution, the Conseil de l'Ordre des Infirmiers has set its sights on joining international organizations such as the International Council of Nurses (ICN) to improve the nursing profession in Madagascar and enhance its status.
We are convinced that Madagascar's nurses, in solidarity with their colleagues around the world, will make an invaluable contribution. Faced today with unprecedented challenges, all our councils are more aware than ever of the power and strength of unity and mutuality.
In short, our council is well and truly in the right place to contribute to the development and influence of our profession.
