Dr. Karen Bjoro served as ICN’s 2nd Vice President from 2021-2025. ​

Prof. Dr. Lian Hua Hung served as ICN’s 3rd Vice President from 2021-2025.​

Mrs. Perpetual Ofori-Ampofo was newly appointed to the Board of Directors of ICN and is serving as its 3rd Vice President.

Dr. Myrna Abi Abdallah Doumit has been appointed to the Board of Directors for 2025-2029, representing the Eastern Mediterranean region.

Dr. Ching-Min Chen became the only nurse legislator in Taiwan and is a current board member of ICN, representing Asia.

Dr. Nanthaphan Chinlumprasert was a board member of ICN from 2021-2025, representing nurses from South East Asia.

Dr. Amelia Tuipulotu became the WHO Chief Nursing Officer in December 2022, a position that was restored thanks to GNLI.

Vicky Treacy-Wong has become the first Chief Nurse Officer of Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders).

Lawal Olubunmi received the GNLI Policy Leadership Award for championing surgical leadership in Nigeria.

Charlotte McArdle is now the Deputy Chief Nursing Officer for NHS England.

Mowafag Hashim is the President of the Sudanese Nurses Association.
