Something significant is beginning in Latin America. Eight National Nursing Associations are coming together to strengthen their leadership, their organizations, and their voice on behalf of the nurses they represent.
We celebrated the official announcement of the ODENNA LatAm 2026 Cohort and had the opportunity to meet the eight participating NNAs that will be part of this flagship programme of the ICN Leadership Centre. Participants heard from ICN leadership about why this work matters now, met the teams embarking on this important journey, and heard directly from them about what this moment means for nurses in their countries.
This marked the beginning of a transformative journey, and we were proud to witness it.
