Royal College of Nursing of the UK (RCN)

The Royal College of Nursing (RCN) is the largest professional body and trade union for nursing staff in the United Kingdom. We represent around half a million members who are registered nurses, midwives, student, and nursing support workers across the United Kingdom and beyond. 

As a member-led organisation we work collaboratively with our members to:

• Influence governments and other bodies,
• Improve working conditions,
• Campaign on issues to raise the profile of the nursing community.
