The mission of the Lithuanian Nurses' Organization (LNO) is to unite the community of nursing professionals, to improve social conditions, to strengthen unity and solidarity.

We strive to ensure that the nursing profession is valued, respected, properly used, remunerated and represented in the institutions of healthcare policy making and society.

We are committed to influence health policy, represent and defend the interests of nursing professionals and patients, and ensure advanced professional knowledge and practical skills through our involvement in health care transformation processes.
