Lesotho Nurses Association is aimed to look at interest of its members through profession development where it affiliates with global universities to improve skills for Basotho and the entire nation.

On labour related issues, we do collective bargaining for improvement of work conditions in our country. We also lobby for better salaries which is commensurate to the services provided for Basotho. Currently, we are running Wellness Centre which looks after care of cares meaning all health workers are provided with health services from Lesotho Association Wellness Centre.
