Bulgarian Association of health professionals in nursing (BAHPN) is an independent professional organization, registered by Bulgarian Law. It is a juridical entity with headquarter in Sofia. BAHPN realizes its activity locally by 28 regional branches.
BAHPN unites nurses, midwives and associated health care professionals in Republic of Bulgaria and they are registered in the National Professional Register of BAHPN.
BAHPN’s main objectives:

To represent its members and to protect their rights, their professional position, education, qualification and specialization

To rise the professional and the social status of its members.

To follow the achievements of WHO and modern science.

To increase the level of the professional qualification and specialization.

To guarantee a good nursing practice in accordance with ethical norms.
