Albanian Order of Nurses (AON)

Urdhri i Infermierit të Shqipërisë, also known as AON, is the professional organization responsible for regulating and supporting nursing and allied health professions in Albania. Established to improve healthcare standards, AON oversees the licensing, registration, and ethical conduct of nurses, midwives, physiotherapists, laboratory technicians, and other healthcare professionals.

The organization promotes continuous education, professional development, and adherence to national healthcare regulations. It also collaborates with local and international institutions to strengthen the quality of patient care and healthcare services.
