College of Nurses and Midwives of Andorra

In 1985 a group of nurses and drivers from Andorra decided to create a group to defend the interests of our profession. Thus, the Colegio was born adopting the necessary role to make more palpable the importance of the work of our profession.

To do this, the Colegio focuses on 3 clear blocks such as improving service and attention to the entire nursing community, the search for new channels of communication between professionals and also with other health professional groups within and outside the country, as well as with the population. And to offer both continuous training and help to be able to carry it out, to nursing professionals because it has a positive impact on the care of people and in general in all the work of the collective.

As of December 2022 we have achieved a law that regulates and recognizes the nursing profession and future specialized nurses in Andorra.
