NLCRR: Closing Ceremony Webinar

The Nursing Leadership for Crisis Response and Recovery (NLCRR) pilot programme was created to strengthen the leadership capacity of nurses working in crisis and post-crisis environments. Fully funded by Nurses for Peace, this initiative has brought together Ukrainian nurse leaders to build practical leadership skills, expand professional networks, and promote collaboration across the country. 

This closing event marks the successful completion of the full programme and honours the achievements of participants who have demonstrated exceptional resilience and leadership throughout the journey. The webinar will celebrate the collective effort behind the programme, recognizing the contributions of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, the WHO Regional Office, and the ICN team who worked together to design, deliver, and support this initiative.
