ICN is recruiting for an exceptional Nursing and Health Policy Analyst to join its new Nursing and Health Policy Team. Permanent contract at 100%; start date : to be defined

You will be a Registered Nurse who is committed to improving access to and the quality of healthcare around the world and representing and advancing the Nursing profession.

Whether it be improving clinical practice, advocating for the nursing profession, developing policy or influencing Governments and global institutions you will  be able to marshal evidence, communicate effectively and work collaboratively to make a positive impact for the Nursing profession, patients and populations.

You will have experience of undertaking policy analysis and evidence reviews, writing a range of policy documents from briefings to reports, working with a wide number of stakeholders and delivering high quality products sometimes under tight deadlines.

You will be a team player who is flexible and adaptable and is both confident to challenge and has the maturity to find consensus. The Candidate

The role requires current registration with a recognised regulatory body and current membership in a national nurses association as well as relevant Bachelor degree in nursing. The candidate should have relevant post graduate degree in nursing, public health, public policy or administration, or related field (minimum a master’s).  Excellent working proficiency in English, working knowledge of French and Spanish is preferred.
