Workshops

Workshops

Usually, in the initial programme there are four workshops, lasting between 3 and 8 days each with a maximum number of 24 days over the total programme. Spacing of workshops could be between six months and a year (or a mixture of these) with the core part of the total programme covering around two years. This allows for “action-learning” and individual development within and between workshops, and for planning and implementation of team projects. Subsequent in-country LFC Programmes also normally involve 4 workshops (each lasting five days) with a total of 20 days over a period of not less than 18 months.
