How will the GNLI programme work?

GNLI participants live in residence during the 6-day programme. The work of the GNLI is conducted in English. The GNLI employs an 'action-learning' approach where participants observe and analyse strategic leadership in action, enhance their global health knowledge and strategic skills and engage in peer learning and development. Working in small teams participants will develop their leadership skills and behaviours through exposure to international faculty, group and plenary work, site visits and workshop mode activities.

You can also read the GNLI Evaluation Report conducted by the Center for Creative Leadership in the GNLI Evaluation section below for more information.
