Comparative Analysis

The comparative analysis focuses on the three key elements and associated metrics of governance, discipline and education.

While legislation is not always specific in the provisions it affords, it frequently infers the regulatory body’s power. Legislation may give a regulatory body broad powers to implement any procedures, processes or functions needed to meet the requirements of the legislation. This study did not collect evidence about the organizational policies and procedures of a regulatory body.
