Under the motto “Improving Integration” this congress aims to deal with the issue of integrating Mental Health Services into the general health network as well as to improve the social integration of patients with severe mental illnesses. In order to successfully meet the needs and requirements of the different treatments, the presence and implication of different professional becomes fundamental: GPs; psychiatrists; nurses, social workers, psychologists, …etc. The event shall have both national and international experts with an extensive professional experience in research and clinical practice as speakers, that shall provide sound knowledge on the Assertive Outreach from a multidisciplinary perspective.
