2)how to describe this all laws
-negligence (common law claim)
-malpractice statutes (professional liability), assault
-battery
-invasion of privacy
-libel
-Fraud

A tort law differentiates from a criminal law in the way that it covers civil prosecutions, such as trespassing, defamation and many others. If someone get a tort transgression and is harmed physically, legally or economically, her or she can be awarded a compensation for the damages.
