Hello, I am a recent graduate from Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, IL USA. I am sitting for the Adult NP boards in one month. My husband and I are interested in moving abroad and I have a keen interest in global initiatives and healthcare. We are looking to move to Geneva, Switzerland or London. I have been unsuccessfull in finding NP positions in these cities...any insight? Any information re: work permits for US citizens. I heard it is nearly impossible and was wondering if that is true. I would appreciate any/all help.
