Sexual/pregnancy/family discrimination in nursing school

Talking about the attrition rate, its quite high in my school. the attrition rate for my students who were enrolled last year stands at 28% as of now that the program is not yet complete. we intend to carryout a study to account for this rate.

but discrimination of faculty to students is rare. pregnant students are given permission but not a leave per say to take care of their babies immediately postpartum.

its a good area, but female students gossip a lot in my school and sometimes basing your judgement on what you hear can be very misleading.
