Promoting BSNs in the Developing world

My organization actively promotes BSNs in the developing world. We help sponsor the ONLY BSN program in Haiti and are also hoping to introduce advance practice nursing in that country. We sponsor a BSN program in AFrica and are in the initial stages of working with universities to develop a bridge program for registered or diploma nurses to become BSNs.
I am looking for resources (financial, partners, other organizations promoting same) to work with...we strongly believe that nurses should be trained to the highest possible level.
