Sipho Khoza took up a position of DENOSA Professional Institute (DPI) Facilitator on the 1st of September 2010. Prior to his appointment he served Limpopo Department of Health at Limpopo College of Nursing (Giyani campus) as a lecturer for 5 years. All these years he was involved in nurse learners’ facilitation, accompaniment and research supervision. He was also engaged in DENOSA activities as a Shop steward responsible for members servicing. His passion was on membership representation and development.
He qualified as a General nurse, Community nurse, Mental Health nurse and Accoucheur at the then Gazankulu College of Nursing in Giyani, Limpopo Province in 1994. He obtained BA in Nursing Education and Administration additional qualifications with North West University in 2001. He worked in Mental Health Institutions and Correctional centers. Mental Health activities, TB-HIV/AIDS were his key result areas.
Presently he is facilitating TB/MDR-TB Training For Transformation ICN Project, PHC Re-engineering Community Health Workers Project and TB/MDR, HIV/AIDS Course for Nurse Educators in South Africa.
