Since 1997 Austria has had a law for health and nursing – GuKG. In the law (§14) for the independent activity by nurses, diagnoses are expected. Since this time I was concerned with this material. I learned about ICNP® from the Internet. I developed a programme for Windows for my own fast search of ICNP®. At this time other nursing staff have showed an interest for this programme. The disadvantage of this ICNP®-Browsers is: you need the Internet. And because a lot of people have no Internet connection there is a heavy demand for an independent ICNP®-Browser.
