This workshop will provide participants with a unique opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of the challenges encountered by senior academic leaders in nursing education. The presentations will address issues both internal and external, provide suggestions of strategies for creating strong academic environments, and provide a framework for developing connections with peers and collaborators.
