    At Klaipeda University in Lithuania, the aim is to provide students with knowledge about nursing science, give today's description of nursing that is based on modern nursing practice and science. Nursing oriented to the causes of problem, individual and expedient. Analysis of ethical principles, main values and decision-making. Nurse's role in multiprofessional team, conception of nursing process and documentation of it. Nursing quality and competencies. Nursing diagnosis and nursing outcomes. Autonomy, critical thinking and communication in nursing. Main nursing activities, training of students' skills in nursing manipulations. It is the basics of nursing to students.
