 *Students are those who, at the time of initial Conference registration, are in a nursing education programme leading to entry-level qualification and authorization to practice nursing. A letter of confirmation of your status from the Head of Unit, or a copy of your school registration or university card must accompany the formal registration form.

Melbourne Coffee Trek – Saturday 18th May 2013 & Sunday 19th May 2013
Home to Café Culture, you will visit some of Melbourne's most frequented Cafes. The tour introduces Melbourne's elaborate coffee history, which began on Bourke Hill and challenges all participants to develop "cupping skills" inciting the passion of coffee in all. Coffee enthusiasts are escorted through Melbourne's coffee history, while sampling some of the city's best extracted coffee. You will learn the art of cupping and visit the oldest roasting houses in Melbourne. Join Melbourne's internationally renowned Barista on a culture crawl through the city where visitors can experience original cafes & roasting houses, sampling blends and learning the art of a great roast and a perfect extraction.

REGISTRATION CONDITIONS

Individual conditions

Registration cancellation and modification
- Up to Thursday, 14th February 2013, midnight CET, early registration fee (first deadline) applies for every new registration.
- As of Friday, 15th February 2013 included, up to Wednesday, 1st May 2013, midnight CET, pre-registration fee applies for every new registration.

- As of Thursday, 2nd May 2013, on-site registration fee applies for every new registration.

All cancellations must be sent to MCI Suisse SA in writing (fax, letter, or email). For cancellations received up to Thursday 14th March, 2013, midnight CET included, deposits will be refunded less AUD 85.-, for administrative costs. After this date, no refund will be possible. A handling fee of AUD 40.- per registration will be charged for every registration modification (including badge reprint) received as of Friday 15th March 2013.

Group conditions

Small group reservations for less than 10 participants can be done through the online registration website whereas large group reservations for more than 10 participants will be handled by MCI Suisse SA with separate contracts. Please contact MCI Suisse S.A. for further information on special conditions.
