Registration fees can be paid in Euro’s (EUR) as well as in South African Rands (ZAR). Please note that payments in ZAR can only be made from an African bank account by bank transfer (no credit card or cheque). ONLY REGISTRATION FEES CAN BE PAID TO THE ZAR BANK ACCOUNT. Refund/Cancellation
Registered participants who are unable to attend the Congress will have their paid fees refunded, less a processing fee, provided written notice of cancellation is received by the Congress Secretariat (c/o Congrex Holland, PO Box 302 1000 AH Amsterdam, the Netherlands / / fax +31-20-5040225) before 15 April 2009. After this date, no fee refund can be expected. All refunds will be processed after the Congress.
