*Students are those who, at the time of initial Conference registration, are in a nursing education programme leading to entry-level qualification and authorisation to practise nursing. A letter of confirmation of your status from the Head of Unit, or a copy of your school registration or university card must accompany the formal registration form.
Note to participants with disabilities:
The ICN 2011 Conference will be held in a historical building from the 16th century. The venue has an incredible historical background and atmosphere and, although converted in a state of the art Conference venue, presents access challenges to some of the meeting rooms. Participants with a disability should contact MCI as soon as possible, so that adequate arrangements can be made to facilitate attendance to the Conference sessions. Without any prior notice, no guarantee can be given regarding access to the sessions.

Registration cancellation and modification
Until Monday, 31st January 2011, midnight CET, early registration fee applies for every new registration.
From Tuesday, 1st February 2011, until Sunday, 24th April 2011, midnight CET, late registration fee applies for every new registration.
From Monday, 25th April 2011, on-site registration fee applies for every new registration.
All cancellations must be sent to MCI Suisse S.A. in writing (fax, letter, or email). For cancellations received until Wednesday, 2nd March, 2011 midnight CET included, deposits will be refunded less EUR 70.- for administrative costs. After this date, no refund will be possible.
A handling fee of EUR 30.-per registration will be charged for every registration modification received after Wednesday, 2nd March 2011, midnight CET.
Small group reservations for less than 10 participants can be done through the online registration website whereas large group reservations for more than 10 participants will be handled by MCI Suisse SA with separate contracts. Please contact MCI Suisse S.A. for further information on special conditions.
Individual &small group conditions (less than 10 participants)
Cancellations to your original registration must be made in writing to the MCI Suisse S.A reservation department until Wednesday, 2nd March, 2011, midnight CET. No fees will be refunded after this date.
MCI Suisse S.A reserves the right to cancel or modify professional visits if the minimum participation is not reached or due to factors beyond the control of the organisers.

Methods of Payment
Payments are either accepted by credit card or by Bank Transfer whereas payments by personal checks cannot be accepted. All payments are in EUR (€).
Accommodation - Benefit from special Conference rates:
MCI Suisse SA has reserved a large number of rooms in different hotel categories and offers discounted room rates for the Conference participants. Only reservations made through MCI Suisse SA will benefit from these rates. All these hotels are located in Valletta, St Julian’s and Sliema. Please make your hotel booking when registering on-line and for more information you may visit the Accommodation page.
